AJ Styles Talks Smackdown Being the “Underdog”
Prior to last night’s WWE Smackdown Live, WWE star AJ Styles spoke with CW 33 in Dallas and the following is what Styles had to say on Smackdown being the underdog following the WWE brand split:
“I see Smackdown as the underdog because Raw has been live for so long. Monday Night Raw, everybody knows exactly what it is and Smackdown being the little brother! Well, now Smackdown is live. Now we have the opportunity to show what we got and showcase our talent.”
WWE Updates Samoa Joe’s “Injury”
WWE has released the following video updating Samoa Joe’s story line injury, and it’s noted in the video that Joe still has yet to receive medical clearance to return to the ring after suffering a “broken jaw” in his match against Shinsuke Nakamura at NXT Takeover Brooklyn:
