John Cena
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting John Cena will be taking a sabbatical from WWE that will stretch ‘several months’ to film a second season of American Grit for FOX.
It was reported last week that the series would return for a second season, but a premiere date was not announced at the time.
Nikki Bella
As noted earlier, Nikki Bella has not been medically cleared to return to WWE yet due to her neck injury.

Nikki’s recent training sessions are said to be a good sign towards a return, but her neck issues may still prevent her from making a full return. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that if she was cleared, she’d likely only wrestle part-time, adding she’d ‘almost certainly’ be positioned as the star of the Smackdown brand’s women’s division if cleared.
