WWE NXT Results (8/3): Hideo Itami Returns, The Revival Takes on TM-61!

The Revival vs TM61

Dawson and Miller kick off the match. Miller forces Dawson to the mat. Dawson retreats to the corner for some advice. Dawson gets back in the ring and gets taken back down. Thorne and Miller make multiple quick tags and take turns beating down Dawson. Miller and Thorne hit a combo moonsault/fist drop for a two count. Wilder distracts Thorne long enough for Dawson to slam him down by his hair. Dawson and Wilder cut the ring in half and work over Thorne. Wilder misses a running clothesline. Thorne hits multiple dropkicks. Dawson gets in the ring to help Wilder, but he ends up eating a dropkick as well.

After a short break, Dawson is focusing his assault on Thorne’s shoulder. Dawson hits a modified northern lights suplex for another near fall. Wilder tags himself in and works a shoulder lock. Dawson tags in and continues working over Thorne. Wilder mounts the second rope. As Wilder dives off he gets kicked in the face by Thorne. Thorne tags in Miller. Miller knocks Wilder off the apron. Miller hits a huge spine buster for a near fall. Dawson nails Miller with a DDT for the win.

Winners- The Revival

After the match, Dawson says they are the best in the world. They have beaten everyone. Ciampa and Gargano interrupt. Gargano tells them they can drop all the names they want, but they haven’t dropped Ciampa and Gargano. The Revival attack Ciampa and Gargano, but Ciampa and Gargano get the better of them. Ciampa and Gargano hit their finish on Wilder. Gargano pins Wilder and Ciampa counts to three. As the show ends Ciampa and Gargano celebrate with the titles. This could be a sign of things to come.
