Mick Foley and Daniel Bryan, the new general managers of Monday Night Raw and Smackdown Live, have debuted the new logos for their brands. As we have noted previously, it was expected that one or both shows would get a face-lift with some new design work, changes to commentary teams and some other shakeups to make Raw and Smackdown feel like new, unique television shows.
The new Raw logo is vaguely reminiscent of the old “RAW is WAR” design that ran at the start of the Attitude Era, which makes sense given the addition of WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley to the management team. The new Smackdown logo kind of has an old WWF Saturday Night’s Main Event vibe.
