It’s going to be one thing I’m going to be frustrated with and that’s the second world title. That’s a big reason I think the brand split failed last time They had two world champions.. Yes, it quote gives “credibility” to a guy being named the world champion. One world champion is a guy you put all your stock into who sells the most mercy, most marketable. Somebody people want to see. Whether they are cheering or booing, they want to see them to do it. With back to back live shows, there’s no reason that guy can’t float between the two shows. Elevate the IC and US titles and then have tag and Women’s fall into place.
Justin LaBar:
I think the biggest story Wednesdsy morning is John Cena will be on SmackDown. WWE wants SmackDown to be taken seriously, they are even doing a branding change by calling it SmackDown Live. What better way to let people know that SmackDown won’t be the “B” show and will have equal attention than putting your franchise player on it?
