Last night TMZ Sports put out a report that UFC had reportedly been sold to sports talent agency WME/IMG for around $4 billion.
Today UFC has confirmed the sale that had really been speculated for several weeks now. Below is the official press release from UFC:

WME | IMG, which has a proven track record of building leading sports brands, will focus on accelerating the sport’s popularity and presence around the world.
