WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross confirmed on his most recent episode of his podcast The Ross Report that he is officially producing his first film. The move is tentatively titled, “6:05 On The Superstation!”

NWALegends.com has released the following release with more information about the project:

“6:05 On The Superstation!” Film Project

We’re excited to announce Hall-of-Fame announcer Jim Ross‘ first film project, “6:05 On The SuperStation!”, and we hope you’ll consider helping us fan-fund this very special documentary!

Good Ol’ J.R. has joined with us, the producers of Mid-Atlantic Memories, and together we hope to present a similar feel-good film about a 20-year period in time — late 1960s to late 1980s — when folks down south were glued to their TV sets at 6:05 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

“6:05 On The SuperStation!” will feature many of the wrestling personalities and fans that were a part of some of the most-watched wrestling programming anywhere!

“6:05 On The SuperStation!” will be the first film produced by Ross, who said on this week’s Ross Report podcast “We’re gonna make a hell of a movie! If you think you can help us, please do what you can to help us make this film.”
