Chris Melendez
Following an earlier report that Chris Melendez announced his TNA Wrestling departure, Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting the announcement came after his contract expired with the company.
Melendez requested his release a few months ago, telling Pro Wrestling Sheet:
“I asked for my release well over 2 months ago. They wanted to wait and let my contract expire, which is effective today.”
In addition to his TNA departure announcement, Melendez also noted he is taking independent bookings.
