As noted, John Cena is on the cover of the current Men’s Health issue, and below is behind-the-scenes footage of his photoshoot. Below are highlights from the magazine interview:

The key to making relationships work is putting in the time and effort to show her you care:

“It could be a card, could be flowers, an unplanned date, a kiss on the cheek; and you say, ‘I know how hard you’re working, and I care for you. I’m giving you the distance you need, but I’m here for you whenever you need me.'”

On his Make-a-Wish efforts and the over 500 wishes he has granted:

“That’s over 15 years, roughly 5,475 days,” he says. “That means I’ve been idle for 4,975 days. I feel like I’m not meeting enough kids. The days I see a Make-A-Wish kid are the best days of the week. It’s a real privilege.”

“I give them exactly what they give me—hope. It’s a day off from the normal struggle.”

During the interview, Cena also speaks on learning Chinese to help with WWE’s expansion attempts in China, improvising during his scenes in the movie “Trainwreck” and more.
