Update on Jimmy Snuka’s Case
In an update on Jimmy Snuka’s criminal case, the next hearing will take place on 6/1 in Allentown, PA at 10:30am. It’s likely at that time that the judge in the case, Kelly L. Banach, will determine whether or not Snuka is competent enough to stand trial for the crimes with which he has been charged.

Hulk Hogan and Gawker Returning to Court Tomorrow
In other courtroom news, Hulk Hogan and Gawker will once again head to court tomorrow in Tampa, Florida, as a hearing is scheduled regarding Gawker’s attempts to appeal the $140 million financial ruling in favor of Hulk Hogan for publishing Hogan’s sex tape.
According to The New York Post, Hogan has filed a motion requesting that the court not allow the appeals process to move forward unless the defendants put up $50 million each in escrow so if they lose the appeal, Hogan will be paid the initial judgment he was awarded.
