Moments ago on WWE RAW, Shane McMahon announced Seth Rollins would challenge Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the WWE Money In The Bank pay-per-view next month.
Rollins made his long-awaited return, addressing his injury and recovery, and lashed out at the fans about how they treated him as a champion. Rollins said he was back for one reason and that was to get the title that he never lost back, which brought Reigns to the ring. Rollins jumped out of the ring, but Shane McMahon came out to settle things down. Rollins comes back, and Shane said Rollins made a case and this match is Wrestlemania worthy, but they won’t have to wait for that.
Shane books the title match, then Rollins laughs and seems satisfied and leaves, while Reigns nods at Shane, like he is also fine with the challenge.
