According to Ryan Satin of ProWrestlingSheet.com, WWE Diva Nikki Bella was scheduled to return to Raw last night, and was backstage for the event along with John Cena, but her return did not take place after Bella received news a few days before Raw that affects her entire career.
The plan in WWE was for Bella to be involved, in a non-wrestling capacity, in the 5 on 5 WWE Divas tag match at WrestleMania. But Bella was reportedly informed by doctors that an accidental bump, even while at ringside, could severely set her recovery back.
The report adds Bella will meet with doctors in July for a CAT Scan to find out whether or not the injured bone in her neck has fused.
