Backstage News on WWE Reportedly Expecting a Different Live Fan Reaction for Eva Marie on Raw Last Night

According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE apparently thinks the NXT crowds think differently than the main roster WWE crowds, and officials were expecting Eva Marie to get a positive reaction last night on Raw from fans at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

Marie has been consistently booed by the live crowds during her time in NXT, but last night on Raw officials were expecting a different reaction from the Brooklyn crowd when Marie returned to Raw to team up with Team Total Divas.

“How do you not figure this one out?,” Meltzer asked. “That was an easy one.”

I honestly thought WWE debuted Marie in Brooklyn on purpose so she would get a bad reaction. Brie Bella did a backstage Raw Fallout video during which she said she still doesn’t trust Eva Marie, so the whole thing feels like it’s setting up a Marie heel turn on Sunday. If not, then I agree with Meltzer. How did WWE expect her to get a good reaction in NYC?

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
