D-Von Dudley on How WWE Kept the Dudley Boyz Return a Secret
One half of The Dudley Boyz, D-Von Dudley, recently spoke with 93.1FM WIBC out of Indianapolis, and below is what D-Von had to say about WWE keeping the Dudley Boyz return a secret:
“Well, there [were] three, no, four or five people that knew we were coming back. And when you work for Vince McMahon, and he tells you, ‘don’t open your mouth,’ you don’t open your mouth.” Dudley continued, “we’re in this world where everything is found out because of social media and we were happy we were able to keep that on lockdown and it didn’t get out. And the surprise at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn [New York] was incredible. I told my family, I said, ‘if I die tomorrow, I’ll be okay’ because the ovation we got when we came back, I don’t think we ever predicted that would happen.”
