On his old WWE Tag Team partner Brian Kendrick training WWE NXT Diva Eva Marie:
PL: I’ve only seen, I think, one of her matches. All I saw was that she was using his finisher and I wasn’t sure how I felt about that. Either way, good for him, he’s getting paid. I hope he’s getting paid! Who knows?! (Laughs) I’m happy for him. I know he has always wanted to be a trainer. He’s always wanted to work his way in to somewhat of an agent status behind the scenes there. Hopefully he can do that and not gain weight like the rest of the agents that seem to work there. I’m happy for him. He seems to be happy. I don’t know. Our paths don’t always cross.
On whether Cody Rhodes should remain Stardust or go back to being Cody Rhodes:
PL: I would way rather see him as Stardust. He seems like he is having fun. He seems like he’s comfortable. He seems creative. He has charisma. He’s colorful. I don’t think anybody misses Cody Rhodes. Nothing against Cody but, you know, it’s like the rest of the locker room. How many Stardusts are there? I think he’s way better off with the grease paint and the bodysuit. I love it.
