Big Update on Jimmy Snuka’s Case, Judge Orders Competency Testing and More, Stardust to Crash Stephen Amell Appearance?

Big Update on Jimmy Snuka’s Case

According to The Morning Call, Jimmy Snuka will not be going to trial on March 22nd, as he was granted a delay following a hearing today in Lehigh Valley, PA.

Snuka’s lawyers argued that Snuka is not mentally fit to stand trial at this time, which prompted the prosecution to argue that Snuka was acting, as he has a history in the entertainment industry.

The judge then ordered Snuka to be tested on his mental competency on March 18th, and the trial has been delayed until the results of his tests are available. If Snuka is found to be mentally competent, then he will stand trial on charges of involuntary manslaughter and third-degree murder stemming from the 1983 death of then-girlfriend Nancy Argentino.
