Update: John Cena’s Shoulder Surgery Yesterday A Success; WWE.com Posts Several Graphic Photos

john cenaWWE’s Twitter account & WWE.com have confirmed that WWE Superstar John Cena underwent successful shoulder surgery yesterday:

WWE.com has a fairly extensive and very graphic photo gallery from John’s surgery. It is not for the squeamish. You can view the photos HERE.
