ESPN’s WWE Off The Top Rope Recap: Big Show Talks About Tribute To The Troops, Facing Floyd Mayweather (Video)

Coachman welcomed Big Show to SportsCenter and talked about Tribute to the Troops, and how Big Show just got back from Afghanistan. Show said he’s gone over almost every year and they got to experience a lot this time, and noted R-Truth, Alicia Fox, Eva Marie and Vince McMahon as some of the names who visited the troops. Coach jokes about knowing first hand how excited Big Show gets for these trips, and Show tells a funny story about hoarding food and Coach making fun of him for it.

Big Show talks about how he was brought into wrestling as an opponent for Hulk Hogan (in WCW) and Show says it was a great opportunity for him. Show says he got a great start and he’s had an amazing career, and names some of the upcoming stars in WWE now. Coach asks about Big Show working with Floyd Mayweather, and he says you don’t get chances to hit Floyd, and whether you like it or not, he’s the smartest boxer there is.

Big Show then talks about how hard it is getting clothes and cars and fitting into rooms, and stands up in the studio and nearly hits his head. The mic falls off, and Coach laughs and says they will say goodnight to him, and he will see him soon.

Coach also congratulates The Rock and his girlfriend, Lauren Hashian, on the birth of their daughter, and closes the segment.
