Grudge Match Added to ROH Final Battle

Ring of Honor has announced a big grudge match will take place at the Final Battle PPV on Friday, December 18.

After Adam Cole cost Kyle O’Reilly the ROH World Title at “All-Star Extravaganza” back in September, the former tag team partners will face each other in a singles match.

The following is the updated Final Battle card, and WZ will be providing complete, LIVE coverage of the PPV on 12/18 so be sure to join us then!

-ROH World Title match: Jay Lethal vs. AJ Styles

-ROH TV Title match: Roderick Strong vs. Bobby Fish

-ROH Tag Title match: The Kingdom vs. War Machine

-Adam Cole vs. Kyle O’Reilly

-Moose vs. Michael Elgin (battle of top ROH Title contenders)

Paragon Pro Wrestling to Move its Television Tapings to Friday Nights

Paragon Pro Wrestling has issued the following press release:

Paragon Pro Wrestling Moves Its Television Tapings to Friday Nights

Starting on January 8, 2016, Paragon Pro Wrestling will hold its TV tapings on Friday nights at the Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall on the Boulder Strip in Las Vegas. The tapings begin at 6:30 p.m. Paragon Pro Wrestling tapes four episodes of television at each taping.

Paragon Pro Wrestling started their TV tapings in December 2014. Tapings were held monthlyon Tuesday nights through their upcoming taping on December 8, 2015. Officials with Paragon Pro Wrestling have stated the move to monthly tapings on Friday nights will make the events more accessible to fans either living in or visiting Las Vegas.

Upcoming events for Paragon Pro Wrestling are on Tuesday, December 8, Friday, January 8, and Friday, February 12. These are all at Sam’s Town. Ticket information can be found at SamsTownLV.com.

The episodes that are taped at these events can be seen on multiple networks throughout North America including Fight Network, YouToo America, Tuff TV, WADL-TV in Detroit, and channel 221 on Dish Network. Paragon Pro Wrestling made its television debut on the fourth of July in 2015.

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
