Roman Reigns Is New Number One Contender
In a fatal-4-way match to determine the new number one contender, Roman Reigns won with a spear to Kevin Owens . A tournament held on Raw for the number one contender spot was held throughout the show. The participants included the winners from WWE Hell in a Cell. In the first round Roman Reigns def. Kofi Kingston, Kevin Owens def. Cesaro, Alberto Del Rio def. Neville, and Dolph Ziggler def. Big E.
Seth Rollins was on commentary during the match. After Reigns pinned Owens, he confronted Rollins at the announcers table. WWE has posted the following on twitter:
