Manik Campaigning For New Gimmick?, Hernandez Compares TNA/Lucha Underground, Comments On Latin Stereotypes In Wrestling

impact wrestlingTJ Perkins

Impact Wrestling star TJ Perkins, who competes as ‘Manik’, has been active on social media in noting he would like to compete as himself and without his mask.

Perkins did compete without a mask at TNA Bound For Glory this year, but mentioned that he had to put the mask back on and it ‘wasn’t his decision.’ He’s been responding and retweeting fans using the #AllWeWantIsTJP hashtag, and earlier today noted that he was left out of Impact Wrestling’s new social media roundup feature.

He removed his mask after quitting The Revolution last month, but it is unknown if he would be repackaged in the future. The current TNA World Title Series matches airing now were taped a few months ago.
