It’s been reported that a bench warrant was issued for WWE Hall of Fame inductee Sunny. The bench warrant was issued for missing her September 3rd court date in regards to her May 30th arrest for a DUI. She now has a December 1st pre-trial conference scheduled and if not deal can be agreed to she will go to trial on December 7th. 

Sunny also has a preliminary court date on October 7th in regards to her arrests on June 1st and June 20th, also DUI related.

Snuka Trial Date Postponed

Jimmy Snuka’s scheduled preliminary hearing in Allentown, PA in his murder case has been postponed. The Leigh County District Attorney has filled a motion for a “Bill of Information” without a preliminary hearing. There is currently no word on when the preliminary hearing will be.
