Kurt Angle’s recent surgery actually went well, despite being readmitted to the hospital. Reports state Angle is still taking time to recover, and although it’s been slower than expected, TNA hopes he is back for their next set of tapings.
Angle had surgery to remove a tumor in his neck and announced plans to take time off during the last set of tapings; he had mentioned during a recent Q&A he should be “ready to go” at the end of September.
TNA’s next set of tapings will be in early October following the Bound For Glory pay-per-view in Charlotte (Concord), North Carolina.
