As noted earlier, Jimmy Uso has been subbing in on commentary for different WWE television programs, including WWE Main Event and WWE Smackdown.

Jimmy was featured on tonight’s episode of Smackdown along with Jerry Lawler and Tom Phillips, subbing for Byron Saxton. The team did confirm Jimmy will be joining them for most of the summer, as Saxton will be on a leave of sorts due to duties with the new season of WWE Tough Enough.

Jimmy’s brother and tag team partner, Jey Uso, underwent surgery in early April to repair shoulder injuries which happened on the Road to Wrestlemania and the Wrestlemania 31 show itself. Jey had an anterior shoulder dislocation on the left arm during his match, and also had rotator cuff surgery, which had been aggravating him leading into WrestleMania.
