Masters of Ring Entertainment, LLC Announces Rare ‘Team Bestie’ NC Appearance
With Trish Stratus and Amy DumasFeb. 2, 2015 – WILMINGTON, NC: – Masters of Ring Entertainment, LLC, a special events pro wrestling organization, is pleased to announce that Amy Dumas, aka Lita, will join Trish Stratus for a rare Team Bestie appearance in Wilmington, NC on Saturday May 23, 2015 during the Women in Pro Wrestling Fan Expo at the Coastline Convention Center.
The two WWE Hall of Famers and multi-time WWE Women’s Champions will appear together for one hour at 12 PM – 1 PM for a photo opp session, where fans will get a chance to have their photo taken with arguably two of the greatest WWE Women’s Champions.
North Carolina holds a special place in the hearts of Stratus and Dumas. It was here that the two main evented WWE’s Monday Night Raw in a Women’s Championship match, the first time ever by two females for the Championship.
“Coming back to North Carolina where Amy and I had probably the biggest moment of our careers is going to be incredible,” Stratus said. “I’m looking forward to meeting some of the fans who were there that night, and making new memories with them. Not to mention, all the new fans who we hope to leave extremely stratusfied!”
In addition to the photo opp session, Stratus and Dumas will take part in individual autograph sessions. Stratus will also take part in a special Q&A panel for VIP ticketholders.
Following the afternoon activities, Stratus and Dumas will be part of Lasting Legacy: A Tribute to Women in Wrestling taking place from 8 PM – 10 PM at the Coastline Convention Center. More names will be announced for this special event in the coming weeks.

About Amy Dumas:
Known for kicking doors down and breaking molds, Amy Dumas is one of the most unique women in entertainment.
Mostly known for her tenure with World Wrestling Entertainment as the daredevil “Lita”, Amy was one of the most popular Superstars of the “Attitude Era”.
