Jim Ross Blog: Undertaker vs Bray Wyatt WMania Rumors, Royal Rumble Winner Thoughts, is JR Negotiating with Lucha Underground?

A new Jim Ross blog has been posted over at JRsBarBQ.com, and below are some highlights:

“Word on the internet that I’m “negotiating” with Lucha Underground which isn’t accurate whatsoever. I enjoy their show but I’ve had zero contact with any one there except Chris DeJoseph, who taped an upcoming Ross Report Podcast, (drops March 24) and Matt Striker who I worked with at Wrestle Kingdom 9. What a difference RAW is when they have their full compliment of talents available to them. I enjoyed all the chaos at the WWE Title Bout contract signing for the Royal Rumble main event featuring Lesnar vs Cena vs Rollins. This bout is unpredictable to me which adds to its marketability and appeal. I’m still thinking something big and/or quasi unexpected will happen in this match.

I’ve waffled on the winner of the Rumble match itself several times, perhaps I should have been a professional politician, but my latest ‘gut feeling’ is that Daniel Bryan takes home the WM31 main event spot.

If the rumors of The Undertaker returning to WM31 to face Bray Wyatt are true, then it helps Wyatt amazingly well even if Bray loses. I have no info verifying his match but it’s making the rounds online.”

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
