(6) Paige & Natalya def. Brie Bella & WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella. Crowd was really into Paige. Natalya got a decent reaction during the actual match. Paige took out Nikki and Nattie put Brie in the Sharpshooter for the win. Some tension between the twins after the match, as Nikki was upset that her sister lost it for her. That’ll probably make it to Raw at some point soon.
(7) Big E & Xavier Woods def. Cesaro & Tyson Kidd and Goldust & Stardust. Triple threat tag matches are always a lot of fun, and this was probably the second best after the Jericho/Harper match.
(8) John Cena def. Seth Rollins. This was a street fight, but it honestly wasn’t great. They’ve had far better altercations in the past. The kids liked it though. Cena won with the AA threw a table. Friend said it was a top rope AA but I had already started packing up at that point.
Overall this was a surprisingly good night of wrestling. There were a few lame matches, but the 3-way tag match and surprise Jericho match were PPV worthy and worth the price of our tickets alone. The Ambrose/Wyatt match was good, I’ve just seen it 3 or 4 times at this point. Still, we were sort of expecting more of a split crew but there was a ton of quality talent on our tour stop, and the kids had an absolute blast. Thanks WWE!
