As we reported earlier in the week, the backstage feeling in WWE is that Roman Reigns’ recent scripted promos have him in “quicksand,” and are doing very little to help raise him to the next level in WWE.
As seen on Raw this week, Roman Reigns cut a promo comparing himself to Superman, and then on Smackdown last night, he cut another cartoon-like promo during which he borrowed the phrase “suffering succotash,” made famous by The Looney Tunes character Sylvester.
When asked on Twitter who is responsible for Reigns’ promos, Dave Meltzer posted the following:

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.
