Pro Wrestling Syndicate makes its television debut this weekend on CBS affiliate WLNY which airs in 7 Million homes in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. WLNY is channel 10 or 55 on most cable providers. PWS has been keeping a tight lid regarding what will be shown on its debut one hour weekly program which airs from 4:30-5:30am this coming Sunday (Saturday late night), however it has leaked out that an ECW reunion will take place.
PWS returns live on Saturday January 31st at The Rahway Rec Center on 275 East Milton Ave in Rahway NJ with “Frozen Fallout”. After successfully defeating both Elijah Burke and Jushin Liger, John Hennigan (fka John Morrison) returns to PWS to battle the returning Sabu for the first time ever. Brian Myers battles Kevin Matthews in a Barbed Wire Match, newly crowned PWS Champion Fallah Bahh defends against Bonesaw, Dan Maff, and Mario Bokara in a Four Corners Match. The Rock N Roll Express take on The Heavenly Bodies, and more including AR Fox, Amazing Red, Ricky Steamboat, Raven, and The Handicapped Heroes.
The event also features PWS’ annual On The Spot Title Shot Rumble in which the first two entrants announced are Seven Thorn (fka Kevin Thorn) and “The Living Legend” Larry Zbyzsko whom is coming out of retirement to compete for a chance to win the coveted On The Spot Title Shot Medallion which is redeemable for a PWS Title shot at any time.
