We take a break from CM Punk headlines this week as WWE puts on not one, but two major shows in four days. WWE TLC is live on pay-per-view tonight with a “double main event” of John Cena vs. Seth Rollins, and Dean Ambrose vs. Bray Wyatt. kevin steenNXT Takeover: R Evolution was a jam-packed two hour live event on Thursday night that featured a ton of top news stories. Sami Zayn finally won the NXT Championship in an excellent main event match, Finn Balor blew up the internet with his insane body paint, Charlotte and Sasha Banks had a fantastic women’s title match, and perhaps the biggest piece of new, Kevin Owens made his highly anticipated debut, shocking the world to end the night.

The main roster stars are said to be a bit jealous, as NXT talent are given a whole lot more time and effort for their matches on the WWE Network, and have been receiving more consistent praise each week. The atmosphere backstage in Cleveland for tonight’s PPV is said to be at a “fever pitch”, as the whole roster wants to show up and prove they aren’t “second rate” compared to the developmental talents.
