WWE Smackdown Results (9/5) – Cesaro vs Ziggler, Two Title Match Announcements, Big Ten Man Tag!

Bo Dallas vs Zack Ryder

Zack hits Bo and connects with a facebuster, then he goes for a double knee strike in the corner, but Bo sweeps his legs and hits a Bo-Dog for the win.

Bo mocks Jack Swagger and tries to lead the crowd in a chant, but Swagger runs down to the ring and punches Bo in the corner. Bo hits him a few times but Swagger catches him with a side slam, then he punches Bo again and rolls through into a Patriot Lock. Bo gets away so Swagger kicks him in the face, sending him outside, and Zeb Colter leads a ‘We the People’ chant.

Winner – Bo Dallas

Seth Rollins, Kane & The Wyatt Family
vs John Cena, Roman Reigns, Chris Jericho, Mark Henry & Big Show

Show and Henry take turns hitting Rollins, then Show throws Bray across the ring and slams Rowan in the corner. Show chops him before Henry splashes Rowan in the corner, then he rams him with his shoulder before Jericho hits a double axe handle smash off the ropes. We get back from a break to see Harper dropkick Show, then Show hits a side slam and tags Reigns, who hits a few clotheslines and a Samoan drop. Reigns shoves Rollins into the commentary table from the apron, then he whips him headfirst into the barricade before Harper slams him into it.

We get back from another break to see Reigns being attacked in the corner, but he suplexes Harper and reaches for a tag, only to get caught with a big boot. Kane sets Reigns on the turnbuckles and tries to slam him, but Reigns knocks him down and Jericho gets in off the tag. He hits a bulldog and a Lionsault for two, then Kane goes for a chokeslam but Jericho catches him with an enziguiri and attempts to put him in the Walls of Jericho. Bray breaks it up and Harper elbows him a few times as we go to a break, then we get back to see Rollins chop Jericho near the ropes.

Rollins runs towards Jericho and gets backdropped outside, then Rollins runs in and holds Jericho while Bray and Harper hit him. Jericho catches Bray with a dropkick, then Cena tags in and hits Rollins with some shoulder tackles and a Five Knuckle Shuffle. He goes for an Attitude Adjustment but Kane interferes, then everyone takes each other out with some signature moves before Rollins connects with a springboard knee strike to Jericho’s head. Cena runs in and puts him in the STF, but the Wyatts all jump him and the ref rings the bell before a brawl breaks out, with the faces standing tall.

Result – No Contest

BP: More of the same old crap from Smackdown. I laughed at the Teddy Long comment at the start of the show, but the actual match was forgettable. You’ve seen it all before; the fact that they took three breaks was bothersome too. I had no interest in this match because it had no meaning. With the exception of the decent Cesaro/Ziggler match, this was a throwaway show.
