WWE Magazine Officially Shuts Down
As of today, the WWE magazine has officially shut down production, after 31 years of circulation. The very first edition of “WWF Victory Magazine” was released in late 1983. The last edition is set to go out on September 21st. The official magazine Twitter account sent out the following messages, as well as many “thank you” notes to tons of people, including Edge, Brooklyn Brawler, AJ Lee and former WWE Diva Kaitlyn, Beth Phoenix, all three members of The Shield and more.
It’s been a wild ride, from Flair’s fake photos to Vic Venom to the ’06 relaunch. And we somehow avoided Papa Shango’s voodoo for 31 years.

Thank you for your support, WWE Universe. YOU made this fun. Leave the memories alone—we wouldn’t change a thing. Enjoy October’s issue.

Ladies and gentlemen, @WWEmagazine has left the building. Now, hit our music!

KILLAM: While I haven’t actually picked up a copy of the WWE Magazine in years – the last one I remember buying at the check-out line was probably 8 years ago – it’s hard to imagine a world without its presence, as it’s literally been running the entire time I’ve been alive. I have a few old copies from the Vince Russo years, and a few from the Monday Night Wars still sitting in boxes somewhere. Rest in Peace WWE Magazine!
