Early today we reported several advertisements have Brock Lesnar listed for the 10/21 WWE Smackown tapings in Wichita, Kansas, however, sources in WWE are claiming the advertisements are incorrectly listing Lesnar for the show.

In related news, it’s worth noting Lesnar is not yet being advertised for the Raw taping the night after WWE’s Night of Champions PPV, which takes place in Memphis, Tennessee.

Paglino: It seemed odd in the first place that WWE would be advertising Lesnar for a Smackdown taping but he’s not listed for any Raw shows leading up to Hell in a Cell.

That said, it’s interesting that he’s not being advertised for the Raw after Night of Champions, because win or lose, I would expect him to be there to do some kind of follow-up to the loss. Otherwise, what was the point of having him win the title at SummerSlam? The same argument could be made if he loses the title at the PPV and does show up at Raw the next night.

What do you think? Does Lesnar losing the title at Night of Champions completely nullify his dominant performance at SummerSlam?
