Bret Hart Talks His Raw Appearance Tonight, Says He Doesn’t Know His Role on the Show, Recalls Jerry Lawler’s Heart Attack

WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart did an interview for SLAM! Wrestling to promote Raw in Montreal tonight, and the following are some interview quotes from Hart:

On His Raw Role:

"I'm not sure what I'll be doing at the show but I know it's going to be on the TV show, it's going to be for Raw, not just for the house show."

On Getting a Big Pop & Recalling Lawler's Heart Attack in Montreal:

"I think it's going to be a kind of similar moment than the last time, it should be a great response and it's going to be great for me to walk out and to get the warmth from those great fans. I'm just hoping it's going to be a really fun moment for me. Just to be able to walk out the ramp and high-five the fans again is enough for me to be a great moment. We'll try to stop Jerry Lawler from having another heart attack and steal my thunder.

Yeah, I think he'll probably get a heck of a pop and rightfully so. He may get the pop of the night and steal my thunder again!"

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
