Update on Hardy's Willow Gimmick

Despite TNA advertising Jeff Hardy by his real name for this week's Impact tapings in NYC, it's worth noting they are also listing him as Willow.

Speculation was the Willow gimmick would be dropped once TNA announced the Hardy Boyz reunion, however that might not be the case.

TNA Stars Doing Tons of NYC Media

As we noted earlier, TNA stars Bully Ray and Velvet Sky attended the Boomer Esiason WFAN charity softball game that took place on Monday at Yankee Stadium in New York.

Sky played on the same team as New Jersey Governor Chris Christie.

In related news, Eric Young, Gunner and Bully Ray will appear on Fox News' FOX and Friends tomorrow to promote the TNA NYC Impact tapings.

Gunner will also be at the Mets game tomorrow night as a guest of the Wounded Warriors, and he will be honored as a veteran attending the game.

SD! Viewership Rises

According to Zap2It.com, this past Friday night's edition of WWE Smackdown averaged 2.762 million viewers, which is up from the 2.322 million viewers the show took in the previous week.

Reby Sky, the wife of Matt Hardy, noted on the following on Twitter:

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
