Live Fan Account of John Cena’s Very Limited In-Ring Role at Tonight’s WWE Event in Minnesota

file_190515_2_john-cena(15) As we previously noted, the advertised main event for tonight's WWE Live Event in Rochester, Minnesota, was John Cena vs Bray Wyatt, but that match was changed to a 6 Man Tag Team Match featuring John Cena and The Usos vs The Wyatt Family.

According to WZ reader Darren Blanco, although Cena did compete in the main event tonight, he didn't actually wrestle in the match until the very end to get the win for his team.

Before the match really got underway, the Wyatts tried to retreat to the back, but the ref began a 10 count so Bray and Luke Harper grabbed Erick Rowan and threw him into the ring to begin the match.

The match was almost entirely The Usos vs Rowan and Harper, and at the very end, both teams got the tags into Cena and Bray, Cena hit the shoulder blocks, the 5 Knuckle Shuffle and the AA to get the win.

After the match, Cena and The Usos celebrated in the ring, shook hands with fans outside the ring, and the show was over.

Blanco noted from where he was sitting Cena's injured eye was visibly swollen shut.

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
