TNA Officials Upset Over Live Event Sale Rumors, Sting Signed for Future Appearance in Chicago

TNA Officials Upset Over Reports

tna one night onlyAccording to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com, TNA officials are upset about all the recent reports that their ticket sales for upcoming New York City events are doing poorly. It is possible that disgruntled former TNA employees have been leaking the "stories" to the internet to hurt the company's public image. That being said, the rumors aren't completely untrue, because you can obviously see that these Impact Wrestling taping events have not sold out yet, and some are only about half full at the moment. For comparison, Ring of Honor sold out the Hammerstein – a bigger venue – in a much quicker period of time, and that was with zero matches announced for their New Japan Pro Wrestling show last month.

Sting Signed for Appearance

"The Icon" Sting will be making an appearance for PCW out of Chicago on June 21st, for their Dream Night 13 event. In order to meet Sting you must purchase a Super Ticket for the event, which costs $125 and includes a general admission ticket, a photo opp and a signed item. You can visit pcwwrestling.net for more information.

Sting's status with the WWE, or lack thereof, is still unknown at this point. The last word going around was that him signing a contract with the company was not a certainty, like many had believed it was, and his appearances on the WWE Network were not under any sort of contract.
