Beat The Clock Challenge

Rob Van Dam vs Alberto Del Rio

Alberto kicks RVD on the apron, then he whips RVD and charges the corner but RVD takes him down with a monkey flip. Alberto comes back with a thrust kick, then he hits a Backstabber and goes for a Cross Armbreaker. RVD knocks him back and kicks him, then he goes for a Five Star Frog Splash but Alberto avoids it. Alberto gets a near fall before hitting a step up enziguiri, then he goes for a superkick but RVD ducks and rolls him up.

Winner – Rob Van Dam

BP: This wasn't a bad match at all, but two things had my focus: where were Alberto's kneepads, and has RVD EVER won a match via rollup?

Seth Rollins vs Batista

Triple H comes out and he is named guest ring announcer, and Randy Orton is the timekeeper, so Rollins announces Reigns and Ambrose will be commentating. HHH flips out as the bell rings, then Batista hits Rollins before Rollins connects with some mounted punches. Rollins stomps him before Batista sends him outside and throws him into the barricade, then we get back from a break to see Batista kick Rollins under the ropes. Batista hits him a few more times before Rollins kicks him from the turnbuckles, then he follows with a diving forearm shot. Rollins splashes Batista twice, then Rollins floats over to counter a suplex and kicks Batista through the ropes.

Rollins hits a suicide dive, then The Shield and Orton and HHH get into it on the floor as Batista hits a spinebuster. Rollins counters a spinebuster with a kick to the face, then he connects with a knee to the head before heading up top. Orton distracts the ref while HHH shoves Rollins off the turnbuckles, then it all breaks loose as the two factions fight at ringside. Orton gets a chair but Ambrose dives across the tables and tackles him, then HHH throws him into the ringpost and punches Rollins in the head. The ref rings the bell as Batista spears Rollins, then Ambrose backdrops HHH into the commentary table and Reigns spears Batista before Rollins dropkicks HHH and Batista runs away from a triple powerbomb.

Winner (by disqualification) – Seth Rollins

BP: Nothing bad, but nothing great. A few nice spots from everyone, including Ambrose's dive across the tables, but this just continues to build a very heated feud. Needed to build from week-to-week, and glad it's not just another promo.
