Bobby Heenan Suffers a Broken Shoulder, Update on His Current Health

Curtis AxelAccording to The Wrestling Observer, wrestling legend Bobby "The Brain" Heenan suffered a broken shoulder due a fall as he was getting out of bed on 4/24 in Las Vegas. Heenan was in Vegas for a wedding, but had to miss the event as he and his wife were in the hospital as a result of his fall.

As you might recall, Heenan suffered a broken back not too long ago, also as a result of a fall, because the many cancer treatments he has received have left his bones very brittle. Despite his health issues, however, Heenan is described as being in very good spirits lately.

Why WWE is Asking Talent to Name Finishers

As we previously reported, WWE has been asking talent come up with names for their finishing maneuvers, and an example is Curtis Axel recently naming his finisher the Axehole. The reason WWE is asking talent to name their finishers is so the company can trademark the names of the moves, as they cannot legally trademark the names of traditional wrestling maneuvers, like the suplex or the body slam.
