Daniel Bryan Video Interview: Talks WrestleMania 30 Match, CM Punk Situation

daniel bryan interviewDaniel Bryan joined Matt Dery of Detroit Sports 105.1 this week, prior to the Smackdown tapings. Bryan was in and out of character, but there was some decent stuff covered in the two-part video(s) that you can watch below. Here are a few highlights from the Daniel Bryan interview with Dery:

On the CM Punk situation:

"Honestly I don't know that much. I haven't heard from him since he left. The company hasn't really released anything other than he's no longer with the company right now. It'll be interesting to see what happens."

On wrestling Triple H or being in triple threat main event at 'Mania:

"As of right now…I don't even have a match at WrestleMania at this point. I am trying to get Triple H to fight me. I am trying to goad him into fighting me at WrestleMania, and who knows if it'll work. I'm doing my best."

On Travis Jackson of Michigan State leading his team & fans in a 'Yes' chant:

"That is beyond me. That is because of something I did or something that I do, but I am not the cause of that. The people are the cause of that. And how that happens you can't even explain. It's a mystery as far as that connection with people…so watching Travis [Jackson] do that and watching the whole Michigan State basketball arena do it…and what I like even more was when the other team was shooting free throws, and the whole crowd was going 'Yes!' to try and distract them."

You can watch the full Daniel Bryan interview (two parts) below, but also, if you never saw the Travis Jackson video, you can view it HERE. Jackson ends up leading his team and the entire Breslin Center in a 'Yes" chant.
