Los Matadores Working Puerto Rico
Los Matadores and El Torito are working for the World Wrestling Counsil in Puerto Rico this weekend. The promotion is owned by Carlito and Primo's father Carlos Colon, who is also the uncle of Epico.
ROH Stars Miss Last Night's Show
Apparently some pretty bad weather was the reason a handful of Ring of Honor talents missed last night's television taping in Nashville. ROH tag champion Kyle O'Reilly was advertised for the event, but was unable to travel. ACH also missed the show, and while he wasn't advertised on the Ring of Honor website, he likely would have wrestled as well. There was some last-minute shuffling of the card, as O'Reilly's tag partner Bobby Fish faced Jay Briscoe, and ACH's tag partner Tadarius Thomas wrestled former TV champion Matt Taven.
Update: Top NXT Stars Work WWE Events
Several NXT talents were on the road with WWE's main roster this weekend. Alexander Rusev worked the Greensboro event, getting a big win over Zack Ryder. NXT Champion Bo Dallas wrestled in Hampton, VA in a losing effort to R-Truth. Also, NXT Diva Emma teamed with Natalya to defeated WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee and Tamina Snuka.
It seems Xavier Woods was traded back to the NXT roster over the weekend to make up for their losses, as he worked a few live events for the developmental promotion.
