Kurt Angle comes out and talks about the terrible year he had, then Bobby Roode cuts him off and asks if he is finally going to walk away and retire. Roode says Kurt should admit that he's the better man before he leaves, but Kurt says he just came out to say he's going to kick ass in 2014. Kurt challenges Roode to one more match and Roode calls him crazy, and he says it won't happen because he has nothing left to prove. Roode starts to walk away but changes his mind, and he says he will fight Kurt again if Kurt leaves and refuses to accept his Hall of Fame nomination. Kurt says if Roode accepts, he has a stipulation too, and they will fight in a Steel Cage at Genesis, and Roode looks pissed.
Roode eventually agrees and tries to sucker punch Kurt, but Kurt takes him down and referees break them up while Rockstar Spud runs out and screams at them. Spud says tonight is about Dixie and Magnus, so they can find tag partners if they want to fight so badly. We cut to see Dixie filming a backstage promo, then she walks away and someone hands her a message from a courier that says 'see you tonight', and it leaves her confused. Dixie goes and finds Spud and asks what it could be about, then she asks if it's a threat and tells him to find out what's going on.
Gail Kim (w/ Lei'D Tapa) vs Madison Rayne
Madison makes her entrance and splashes Gail off the turnbuckles, then she stomps her in the corner and slams her head on the mat. The ref pulls Madison away so Gail hits her in the face, then she slaps her and hits some forearms before whipping her into the ropes. Madison counters with a suplex and a neckbreaker, then Gail comes back with a surfboard stretch into a chinlock before Madison reverses Eat Defeat with a backslide. Madison hits some clotheslines and a dropkick, then she splashes Gail in the corner and goes for a victory roll. Gail counters with a reverse electric chair drop and sets up Eat Defeat, but Madison counters with a side roll for the win.
