Ken Anderson is shown complaining to the Aces and Eights about what Bully Ray did earlier tonight, and he says he can't believe what Bully said about Devon. He says they were together for twenty years and Bully threw his brother aside, so he could only imagine what Bully thinks of them. Anderson says he wants to know when they stopped voting for things, but Knux stops him and says they voted on him and it turned out well. They all toast each other and Anderson says no man is bigger than this club, and Bully had better get in line or they'll have a vote he doesn't like.
#1 Contender's Match (Two Out Of Three Falls)
Gail Kim vs ODB
Gail and ODB trade near falls before ODB whips Gail and chokes her, then she throws her in the corner before hitting a delayed vertical suplex for two. Gail reverses a whip and blocks a headscissors, then she slams ODB's face on the mat but ODB comes back with a quick rollup attempt. Gail takes ODB down with a dragon whip, then she elbows ODB's leg and slams it on the apron before putting her in a Texas Cloverleaf variation and winning the first fall by submission. We get back from a break to see Gail charge ODB in the corner and chopblock her knees, then Gail goes for the Cloverleaf variation but ODB counters with a small package for fall two. Gail pulls ODB right to the ringpost and puts her in a Figure Four, then she focuses on the knee but ODB comes back with some right hands. ODB drops her with a clothesline for two, then she tries to lift Gail but her knee gives out. Gail puts her in a single leg stretch submission but ODB gets to the ropes, then she blocks Eat Defeat and another submission before applying a Sharpshooter. Gail reaches for the ropes but ODB pulls her back into the middle of the ring, then she leans back and finally gets Gail to tap out for the final fall.
Winner – ODB
Velvet Sky is shown walking backstage and she says ODB deserves the title shot because she beat Gail, then she starts to walk away and the camera man follows. He asks for her thoughts on the Knockouts One Night Only pay-per-view coming up, and she says it's going to be great and there will be some surprises. Velvet tries to hurry off but the camera man asks why she didn't show up to Hardcore Justice, then she turns and says she had some personal issues. He asks if it's personal like with Chris Sabin, but she says she's been with Sabin for a long time and they are fine. Velvet says she and Sabin don't mix business with pleasure, then she says that was clever and smirks as she walks in the other direction.
