Bully Ray, Ken Anderson and Taz come out to the ring and Taz harasses Jeremy Borash at commentary, and Bully tells him to keep going. Taz screams that this is his desk, then Bully tells Tito Ortiz to stay out of his way or he'll get hurt. He says there's another reason he's in a bad mood, and he's teaming with his brother Devon against Chris Sabin and a mystery partner. Bully says this is so disrespectful because Team 3D is the greatest team ever, but it doesn't matter because Hardcore Justice is next week. He says it's bad news for Sabin because he will become a two-time world champion, then he tells Sabin to come out and get this contract signing over with.
Sabin meets him in the ring and Bully says he knows he's scared, but Sabin says he is deceived, just like he fooled everyone this year. Sabin says he married Brooke Hogan and pretended to care about the company, but he's just full of crap and everyone knows it. Sabin says a few months ago not many people would fight Bully, but he would have, and he will beat him again, without a hammer this time. He says Bully's 'thugs' brought the hammer into the ring, but he doesn't need it, then Bully calls for Hulk Hogan to come to the ring. Brooke comes out instead of her father, and Bully wants to know what's going on, so Brooke says Hulk is out of town meeting with the board of directors.
Brooke says he's been reviewing the championship contract and Bully's TNA contract, then she reads a note from Hulk talking about the match stipulations. Brooke says Bully wants to honor stipulations so she has one, and Bully's contract states that if he loses, he will never get another title shot. Bully says she won't be bullied by any of them, but Brooke enters the ring and asks if he'll let everyone find out what she already knows. She says he is all talk, and small action, then Bully gets pissed and signs the contract before slamming it on the mat, then Sabin picks it up and signs it to make it official.
