Just hours after we reported that Ric Flair's ex-wife Jacqueline Beems turned herself into police custody, a judge has issued a warrant of arrest for the two-time WWE Hall of Famer for failure to pay spousal support.
According to the Charlotte Observer, the "Nature Boy" was held in contempt earlier this month, when he failed to pay over $32,000 to the woman he just had the police called on, for allegedly making threatening phone calls to his girlfriend Wendy Barlow Kidder.
Beems' attorney called the charges against her "unfounded" and "outlandish", and mentioned that she was actually "eager" to meet the 16-time world champion in court on the matter. The article indicates that Ric Flair can avoid jail time by simply paying the total amount owed in support.
