Bryan runs up the turnbuckles and catches him with a diving kick, then he connects with a running corner dropkick and several kicks to the ribs. Bryan backs up and goes for another running dropkick, but Orton throws a chair in his face and knocks him down before he gets a near fall. Orton pulls Bryan to the apron and tries to suplex him through a table on the floor, but Bryan blocks it and punches him before hitting another dropkick. Bryan gets right back up and dropkicks him again, then Bryan hits the ropes a third time but slides under Orton and powerbombs him through the table. Bryan rolls Orton in and gets a near fall, then he goes under the ring and gets a kendo stick, which he uses to hit Orton in the chest.
Bryan alternates between strikes with the kendo stick and kicks to the chest, but Orton catches one of his feet and comes back with an exploder suplex through the table in the corner. Orton crawls and makes a cover but only gets two, then he punches Bryan in the head but Bryan gets up and fires back with some headbutts and punches. Orton gets the upper hand with a dropkick, then he sets Bryan on the top turnbuckle and tries to superplex him. Bryan blocks it with some right hands, then he knocks Orton down on the mat and leaps off, but Orton counters with a midair powerbomb for two. Orton connects with some mounted punches, then Bryan grabs his arm and counters with the No Lock, but Orton reaches and manages to grab the kendo stick.
Orton cracks Bryan in the head with it a few times to break it, then he hits Bryan in the ribs with it and sends him to the apron. Orton sets up for a hanging DDT and drops Bryan on his head, then he calls for a RKO but Bryan counters with a backslide pin attempt for two. Bryan kicks him in the chest and hits him with the kendo stick, then he pulls Orton to the mat and puts him back in the No Lock. Orton again reaches the kendo stick, but Bryan grabs it and uses it to pull Orton's neck back even further and finally gets Orton to tap out. Bryan celebrates his win as Orton gets back up, then Orton gets in his face but ends up shaking his hand and leaves the ring.
