Impact Wrestling Results (6/13) – BFG Series Set, Sting Reforming His ‘Family’, Styles vs Angle

Sting comes out to the ring and says it's great to be back in Atlanta, and last year he was the first man inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame. He says it's a night he'll never forget, but this year hasn't been too great and he's been duped by Bully Ray a few times. Sting says he failed at his title shot at Slammiversary, and Bully sent wave after wave to fight him and finally his strength gave out. Sting says there's one thing he will remember, and that is the fact that no one tried to come and help him. He says the Aces & Eights are a finely tuned machine, and they are like family, so maybe he needs to make his own family. Sting says he needs people to trust, and he needs a family, but maybe he should call it a 'mafia,' and the new Main Event Mafia is going to rise again and take the Aces down.

Aries rakes EY's face and chops him in the corner, then he adds one more for good measure before whipping him across the ring. EY fires back with an elbow shot and some punches, then he runs to the apron and hits Aries with a shoulder block and whips him into the corner. Aries flips over the ropes and EY clotheslines him out to the floor, then he dives over the ropes and hits a crossbody and a belly-to-belly in the ring. EY heads up top but Aries crotches him on the ropes, then he hits the IED dropkick and follows it with a Brainbuster for the win.
