5/30 TNA Impact Wrestling Results – Sting and Bully Ray Collide for the Final Time Before Slammiversary

AJ Styles arrives to the building on his motorcycle.

Mickie James comes out and talks about defeating Velvet Sky to become the brand new Knockouts Champion. Velvet comes out and has her injured leg wrapped up. Mickie said there shouldn't be any bad blood between them, because she was willing to wait until Velvet was 100% ready, but she insisted because she was a fighting champion. Velvet demands her rematch at Slammiversary, and Mickie tries to come up with some reason why they can't fight; something about Brooke Hogan not booking the match.

Gail Kim cuts them off and makes her way down to the ring. She talks about all the girls she's been destroying over the past few weeks, and drops Velvet with a right hand. Gail drags her to the corner and motions to put her in Figure Four on the ring post, but Taryn makes her way down and breaks it up. Mickie did nothing to help her.

Kenny King & Gail Kim vs. Taryn Terrell & Chris Sabin

Taryn starts off the match by throwing Gail to the mat and pulling on her hair. She backs her into the corner and fires away with rights and lefts until ODB forces them to break it up. In comes Sabin, which forces Kenny King into the match. Sabin drops him with a series of armdrags, followed by a wrist lock takedown into a side headlock. King breaks free and tries for a springboard legdrop, but misses and crashes into the mat. Sabin with a mule kick, follwed by what is essentially the Big Ending. All hell breaks lose, and the Knockouts get involved. Taryn spears Gail and Sabin hits King with the scoop slam piledriver.

Winners: Taryn Terrell & Chris Sabin

After the match, King nails Sabin with the title belt. He goes for the Royal Flush, but Suicide makes the save. Sabin and Suicide stare each other down as we cut to a commercial break.
