WWE Superstar Derrick Bateman broke the news Friday morning that he has officially been released from his WWE contract.

Bateman broke into WWE as a contestant on the fourth season of NXT, and then again on the fifth season, NXT Redemption. He also appeared briefly on WWE Smackdown.
