During a recent interview with TwinCities.com, "Mean" Gene Okerlund spoke on his WWE future and the following is an article highlight:

"I keep kicking the can down the road — isn't that what the politicians say?" Okerlund said this week from his home in Sarasota, Fla.

Okerlund, 70, who used to reside in Burnsville, plans to work for WWE for at least three more years.

"As long as I can travel," he said.

During a recent interview with The UK Sun, TNA President Dixie Carter labeled Magnus as the future of TNA, and had the following to say about him:

"He's really grown. He's a fabulous talker and his in-ring work has come so far. He's gorgeous and carries himself like a superstar. Magnus is the real deal."
